Autorka spracovala diplomovú prácu na tému: Kvalita života dialyzovaného pacienta.Cieľom diplomovej práce bolo zistiť, ako dialyzovaní pacienti hodnotia kvalitu svojhoživota. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť je rozdelená došiestich kapitol. V prvých troch kapitolách práce sa autorka venovala vysvetleniu pojmuchronické zlyhávanie obličiek a tiež trom typom jeho liečby- hemodialýza, peritoneálnadialýza a transplantácia obličky. Prednostne sa autorka zamerala na hemodialýzu- jejprincípy, cievne prístupy potrebné pre tento typ liečby a starostlivosť o cievne prístupy. Voštvrtej kapitole autorka popísala životosprávu dialyzovaného pacienta- manažmenthydratácie, diétne opatrenia a sociálne zmeny súvisiace s dialýzou. V piatej kapitole jepopísaná metodika merania kvality života a jej hodnotenie. Posledná kapitola teoretickejčasti je venovaná špecifikám ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti o dialyzovaných pacientov avýznamu edukácie. V praktickej časti autorka zisťovala ako dialyzovaní pacienti hodnotiakvalitu svojho života formou dotazníkového prieskumu. Na prieskum autorka použiladotazník kvality života WHOQOL- Bref. Tohto prieskumu sa zúčastnilo 100 respondentovzo štyroch dialyzačných stredísk na Slovensku. Výsledky praktickej časti sú zhrnuté v častiVýsledky a Diskusia. Autorka pri spracovaní diplomovej práce použila 32 literárnychprameňov, ktoré boli citované v zmysle normy STN ISO 690.
The author worked diploma thesis on topic: Quality of life of dialysis patient. The aim ofthe thesis was to find out how dialysis patients assessed their quality of life. The thesis isdivided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into six chapters.In the first three chapters of the thesis, the author is given explanation of the concept ofchronic renal failure, as well as three types of its treatment- hemodialysis, peritonealdialysis and kidney transplantation. Preferably, the author focused on hemodialysis- itsprinciples, vascular accesses needed for this type of treatment and care of vascularaccesses. In the fourth chapter the author described a regimen of patient- management ofhydration, dietary measures and social changes associated with dialysis. The fifth chapterdescribes a methodology for measuring quality of life and its evaluation. The lasttheoretical chapter is devoted to the specifics of nursing care for dialysis patients and theimportance of education. In the practical part the author discovered how dialysis patientsassessed their quality of life through questionnaire research. To research the author used aquestionnaire quality of life WHOQOL- Bref. This research was attended by 100respondents from four dialysis centers in Slovakia. The results of the practical part aresummarized in the Results and Discussion section. The author through the processingdiploma thesis used 32 literature sources that were cited in terms of standard ISO 690.
